ทุกการจองและจ้างงานจะถือว่าผู้ว่าจ้างรับทราบข้อตกลงทั้งหมดแล้ว

ให้เครดิต "Sstella Sp" เมื่อโพสต์หรือใช้งาน กรณีจ้างแบบเชิงพาณิชย์ จะให้เครดิตหรือไม่ก็ได้

บรีฟงานภายใน 2-5 วันหลังจอง หากช้ากว่านี้ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

ทุกการบรีฟต้องมีภาพตัวละครพร้อมชุดมาให้ ไม่งั้นจะคิดราคาเพิ่มเป็นงานคัสต้อม

เมื่อได้รับการประเมินราคาแล้ว โอนมัดจำ 50% ก่อนเริ่มงานภายใน 2 วัน และ 50% หลังงานเสร็จ

หากมีปัญหาทางการเงิน โอนเงินช้า สามารถแจ้งล่วงหน้าและพูดคุยข้อตกลงร่วมกันใหม่ได้

ระยะเวลาทำงาน 3-7 วัน หรืออาจมากกว่านั้นขึ้นอยู่กับสเกลงาน โดยจะประเมินเวลาให้หลังรับบรีฟ

หากผู้วาดมีเหตุจำเป็นดำเนินงานล่าช้ากว่าปกติ ทางผู้วาดจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าทุกครั้ง

ราคาทั้งหมดเป็นเพียงราคาเริ่มต้น และเพิ่มตามรายละเอียดงานและสิทธิ์การใช้งาน

หากจ้างงานส่วนตัวเปลี่ยนไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ต้องเข้ามาแจ้งและชำระเงินเพิ่มเติมเพื่อปลดล็อกข้อตกลงกับผู้วาด หากจับได้ว่าละเมิดข้อตกลงปรับเป็น 5 เท่าของราคางาน

ทุกขั้นตอนการทำงานผู้วาดอาจมีลงสปอยล์ผลงาน หรือโพสต์ Timelapse บนแพลทฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย หากไม่อนุญาตจำเป็นต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

ทุกผลงานนักวาดจะใส่ลายน้ำและโพสต์ลงแพลทฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดียรวมถึงเก็บเป็น Portfolio หากไม่อนุญาตจำเป็นต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

หากอนุญาตให้เก็บผลงานใส่ Portfolio แต่ไม่ให้โพสต์ลง Social Media คิดค่าเสียโอกาส 10% ของราคางาน

หากไม่อนุญาตให้โพสต์หรือเก็บใส่ Portfolio คิดค่าเสียโอกาส 30% ของราคางาน

Omakase/Artsign ไม่มีการแก้งาน มีเพียงการส่งงานให้ดูเฉพาะตอนร่างและเห็นอีกครั้งเมื่องานเสร็จ

ส่งงานทาง Google Drive หรือ E-mail

หลังส่งงานไปแล้ว 1 เดือน หากไฟล์งานหายทางนักวาดขอไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี *ถ้าผู้วาดยังมีงานเก็บไว้ในเครื่องอาจส่งให้อีกครั้งได้

ยกเลิกงานหลังจองโดยชำระเงินมัดจำแล้วจะถูกริบทั้งหมด

ยกเลิกงานหลังจองโดยยังไม่จ่ายมัดจำจะถูก Black list เป็นการส่วนตัวและไม่รับงานอีก *ยกเว้นส่งต่อคิวให้คนอื่น

สามารถส่งต่อคิวให้คนอื่นได้โดยไม่เก็งกำไร

หากยกเลิกการรับงานหรือไม่ชำระเงินหลังงานเสร็จ ผู้ว่าจ้างจะไม่สามารถนำชิ้นงานนั้นไปใช้ได้ทุกกรณี และลิขสิทธิ์จะตกเป็นของผู้วาดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

งาน Fanart ต่าง ๆ ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องศึกษากฎของ Official ให้ดี หากมีปัญหาในภายหลังผู้วาดไม่ขอรับผิดชอบแทนทุกกรณี

ไม่รับงานเร่งทุกกรณี หากต้องการเร่งงานจำเป็นต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม 30% ของราคางาน

ทุกขั้นตอนแก้ไขได้ฟรีเรื่อย ๆ โดยขึ้นอยู่กับบรีฟแรกเท่านั้น หากมีการแก้ไขต่างจากบรีฟคิดจุดละ 5 USD

หากเปลี่ยนบรีฟใหม่หมดหลังจากคอนเฟิร์มภาพร่างไปแล้ว จะถือเป็นงานใหม่ทันทีและต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม

การแก้ไขย้อนขั้นตอนหลังจากคอนเฟิร์มไปแล้ว จะคิดครั้งละ 10 USD

จากรายละเอียดทั้งหมดนี้ อาจมีบางกรณีที่ผู้วาดหยวนให้ ไม่คิดเงิน เนื่องจากเป็นการแก้เล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ไม่มากอะไรขึ้นอยู่กับงานนั้น ๆ ไป

หากนักวาดเป็นฝ่ายผิดทำต่างจากบรีฟ จะแก้ให้ฟรีทุกกรณี *แต่ถ้าลูกค้าคอนเฟิร์มแล้วจะคิดแบบปกติ

Every booking and commission is considered as the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions.

The queue is arranged based on deposit payments only.

"Credit 'Sstella Sp' when posting or using. In the case of commercial use, crediting is optional."

The brief must be provided within 2-5 days after booking. If delayed, prior notice is required.

Every brief must include character images with outfits; otherwise, an additional fee will be charged as a custom project.

After receiving the price estimate, a 50% deposit must be made within 2 days, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

If financial issues or payment delays occur, the client must notify the artist in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.

The estimated work time is 3-7 days, or longer depending on the scale of the project. The time frame will be assessed after receiving the brief.

If the artist encounters any delays, the client will be informed in advance.

All prices are starting rates and may increase depending on the project's details and usage rights.

If a personal commission is later used commercially, the client must inform the artist and pay an additional fee to unlock the commercial use rights. Any breach of this agreement will result in a 5 times penalty of the original price.

The artist may post spoilers or timelapse videos of the work on social media platforms during the process. If the client does not wish this, prior notice is required.

All artworks will include a watermark and may be posted on the artist's social media platforms or used in their portfolio unless stated otherwise.

If the artwork is allowed in the portfolio but not on social media, a 10% opportunity cost fee will apply.

If the artwork is not allowed to be posted on social media or used in the portfolio, a 30% opportunity cost fee will apply.

For Omakase/Artsign commissions, no revisions are allowed. The client will see the sketch and the final piece.

Work will be delivered via Google Drive or Email.

If the files are lost after 1 month from delivery, the artist is not responsible. If the files are still available, the artist may resend them as a courtesy.

If the commission is canceled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the commission is canceled before the deposit is paid, the client will be blacklisted and will not be able to commission again, except if transferring the slot to someone else.

The client may transfer their commission slot to someone else without making a profit.

If the work is canceled or payment is not made after completion, the client will lose all rights to the artwork, and the artist will retain full ownership of it.

For fanart commissions, the client must review the official guidelines carefully. The artist will not be held liable for any issues that arise afterward.

The artist does not accept rush orders. If expedited work is required, a 30% rush fee will apply.

Revisions within the original brief are free. Changes beyond the brief will incur a $5 USD fee per revision.

If the entire brief is changed after sketch approval, it will be considered a new commission, requiring additional payment.

Reverting to previous stages after confirmation will incur a $10 USD per revision.

Based on the details provided, minor adjustments may be made free of charge at the artist’s discretion.

If the artist makes a mistake that differs from the brief, corrections will be made free of charge. However, if the client has already confirmed the design, the standard revision fee will apply.
